ERVA Membership
You must have an ERVA membership to try out. New players: purchase an "Open Gym / Tryout" membership at evergreenregion.org. Returning players: your membership stays active until September 1st.
Medical Release
Every participant needs a signed USAV medical release form. Fill it out online or download, print, sign, and bring it to tryouts.
$20 Tryout Fee
Tryouts cost $20. Early bird discount: $15 if registered before July 15. Cash or check only — no credit cards at the door.
Register
Register for the correct age group using the link below. If you want to try out for more than one age group, check both boxes when registering.

Bring your A-game! Arrive 10 minutes early. See the schedule above for your age group time.
ERVA Membership Instructions
The SportsEngine/ERVA site can be confusing. Follow these steps carefully.
Yes! All players must have an ERVA (Evergreen Region Volleyball Association) membership before attending tryouts, open gyms, or skills camp.
Membership options:
• Open Gym / Tryout Membership — Best for new players or those just attending summer activities. (~$15)
• Full Season Membership — Required after tryouts if your athlete makes a team. Do not purchase this yet.
• Returning Players — If your athlete played club last season, their membership is active until September 1st.
1. Go to: www.evergreenregion.org
2. Click Memberships at the top.
3. Log in or create a new account.
4. Parents/guardians create the account first using their own info.
5. You will receive a verification email — click the link.
6. Return to evergreenregion.org and click Memberships again.
7. When asked Who is the membership for? — click Add a Child.
8. Enter your child's information.
9. When asked How will your child participate? — select Player.
10. When asked how long — select Open Gym for summer tryouts/camps.
11. Complete the information, accept agreements, and pay.
12. After payment, print or save the membership card.
After purchasing, log in at evergreenregion.org and look for your membership confirmation. You can show it on your phone or print it. For a step-by-step guide with screenshots, see the link on the Tryouts page.
Age groups are determined by your child's birth year, not their grade. Use the ERVA Age Definition Chart (link on Tryouts page) to find the correct group. If you want your child considered for more than one age group, check both boxes during BYGA registration.

A parent or legal guardian must be present at check-in.
