Registration Media Acknowledgment
During online registration, Spokane Ignite Volleyball Club may ask parents or legal guardians to acknowledge the following:
Media Release: I understand that Spokane Ignite Volleyball Club may photograph or video my athlete during practices, tournaments, camps, clinics, or other club activities. I grant Spokane Ignite Volleyball Club permission to use these photographs or videos for promotional, educational, recruiting, archival, and marketing purposes, including use on the club website, social media, printed materials, and advertisements. I understand that I may request, in writing, that my athlete’s image not be used in future promotional materials. Spokane Ignite Volleyball Club will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee removal from group photographs, livestreams, or third-party media.
